Receiving a Real Estate license in 2003, Kimberly gained experience in home sales and spec home building in Park City.  After seven years as a real estate professional, Kimberly recognized the concept of providing personalized and reliable long term home leasing services was a need, not fully expressed, in Park City. Property owners were looking for alternative opportunities to maximize the potential of their homes and investment properties. At the bequest of her clients, Kimberly founded Angel Properties in 2009, which within its first 4 years successfully leased over 300 homes, long term, for property owners.

Kimberly is originally from New York and on a ROTC scholarship, received a bachelor's in business from the State University of New York, Brockport.  She then served four years on active duty in the US Army as a platoon leader, company executive officer and SRT (SWAT) team commander, receiving an honorable discharge as an Army Captain in 2001 from the Army reserves. Subsequently, Kimberly pursued a career as a hospital pharmaceutical sales representative for Abbott and then Bayer Pharmaceuticals, until she moved to Park City in 2000. With her husband and 3 young sons, Kimberly enjoys all Park City has to offer. “After gaining over a decade of experience in the military and corporate world, I feel blessed to have ownership of a company my community and clients value and to live in a community I value.”
