    To submit an application for lease, there is a $70 total application fee per adult over the age of 18 years. Each adult must fill out and sign their own application. Applicants(s) acknowledge(s) Angel Properties, LLC, brokered under Windermere Utah and its agents are representatives of the Owner(s) and Owner(s) only. Angel Properties, LLC is a residential leasing company for property owners and does not perform property management for the Property. Applications are valid for 45 days. Should an applicant wish to apply for a different property after 45 days, a new application and fee is required. Please ensure applications are completed accurately. If birthdate and social security numbers are incorrect, the applicant must resubmit the application and payment.

  • An application fee of $70 is non-refundable (an additional fee may be required for alias’ or aka’s). A submitted application does not guarantee Owner will grant a lease to applicant.  Factors such as credit/background report, multiple applications submitted at the same time or applicants delay in response to lease approval or initial tenant funds wire delay may be factors in an Owner denying an application to lease.   All applications will be reviewed in the order received and judged based on the owner’s rental criteria. Owner does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status or source of income. Criminal history will be evaluated on an individualized basis. Applicant represents that all of the above statements are true and correct and hereby authorizes verification of the above items including but not limited, rental history, criminal reports, employment verification, and obtaining of credit reports and agrees to furnish additional credit references on request. Applicant also attests that all occupants of the Property will be legal to reside in the United States. Applicant acknowledge(s) Angel Properties, LLC, brokered under Windermere Utah and its agents are representatives of the Owner(s) and Owner(s) only.  Angel Properties, LLC is a residential leasing company for property owners and does not perform property management for the Property.
